Mitchell Pearce has sold more than 50 homes and lots and has represented buyers in more than 70 transactions.  He has originated over 60 loans.  He has over five years experience as a realtor and mortgage loan officer.  He is also a certified paralegal with several years experience before the courts.  He has assisted landlords with landlord tenant matters and borrowers with loan modifications and workouts.  He can assist you researching permits, property history, and develpment potential at county records and planning deparments. 

Prior to becoming a realtor, Dr. Pearce spent 18 years as a full time chiropractor and acupuncturist.  He was the first acupuncturist and second chiropractor to be appointed to teach workers' compensaiton procedures to physicians by the State of California.  He has taught chiropractic and acupuncture at several colleges on both the undergraduate and post-graduate level.  He has taught in several states and the People's Republic of China.  Dr. Pearce is also board certified in nutrition. 

Dr. Pearce sees patients on a part-time basis, but enjoys not fighting with insurance companies while helping people realize their dreams for their homes and businesses.
